The very well processed Walimex pro Lamp Stand Jumbo AIR 730cm is with its maximum height of 7.3 m the ideal helper if you want to go "high up". If ordinary lamp stands are not sufficient for you, because you would like to illuminate pieces of furniture or cars from above, you can increase the working height of this Jumbo stand variably from 162 cm up to 730 cm. You can use studio flashes or reflectors with a weight of up to 22.5 kg on this stand (depending on the working height, for larger extension heights additional weights are of course required for stabilisation). Also for advertising banners, flags and similar this stand is the ideal helper. Due to its extremely solid and high-quality design of the segments with tube diameters of remarkable 45, 40, 36, 32, 28 and 25 mm, this stand remains very stable even at large extension heights. The large footprint of 158 cm additionally ensures a very safe stand.

The air spring damping in each segment ensures the necessary safety and a high level of user comfort when lowering the individual stand elements. The connecting elements of the individual leg segments ensure optimum stability even under heavy loads thanks to their large dimensions and the solid aluminium design. The operating levers of this stand are generously and very ergonomically designed and make your work with this studio lamp stand easier. The connection adapter allows the mounting via 5/8 inch spigot or 1/4 inch thread and is removable. Thus you can attach this adapter very practically and comfortably to your equipment like studio lights and studio flashes before mounting it on the stand. The mounting or a change of your equipment on this light stand is very fast, comfortable and practical.

Convenient transport thanks to short packing size and high-quality bag
Thanks to the 6 segments, this lamp stand can be folded to the relatively short packing size of 151 cm despite the enormous maximum extension height. For transport or storage, the stand finds room in the high-quality bag that is already included in the scope of delivery.

Note
Please use additional weights or sandbags from an extension height of 3m or very heavy equipment to protect the stand from gusts of wind and swaying. The max. load capacity of 22.5 kg does not apply to higher extension lengths due to the large lever forces.

Gut gemacht
Ich verwende zwei dieser Stative, um bei 3D-Vorführungen 2 kleine EV-Lautsprecher S-40 (je 3,5 kg) seitlich neben den Zuhörern 7 m in die Höhe zu bringen (analog zu den Deckenlautsprechern in einem Dolby-Atmos-Heimkino). Zwar steht ein Test auf maximaler Gipfelhöhe noch aus, doch es lässt sich jetzt schon sagen, dass diese Stative ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bieten und auch ein sehr günstiges Verhältnis von Tragfähigkeit zu Eigengewicht. Dazu kommt die mitgelieferte schöne Transporttasche (die Giraffe im zweiten Bild wird neidisch sein.) Bei einer Muffe musste ich die Innensechskantschraube anziehen, jetzt hält auch diese Muffe fest. Ich werde an den Fussrohren Gummikappen nachrüsten, denn jetzt ist die Rutschfestigkeit auf glatten Oberflächen schlechter als bei meinen kleinen Walimex-Stativen. Dank Norm-Durchmesser 25 mm findet man solche leicht und günstig. Gerade weil die Stative bei mir nicht so oft zum Einsatz kommen, war ich froh um dieses kosteneffiziente Angebot. Die Lieferung in die Schweiz geschah sehr schnell.
