The XEEN Meister cine lenses offer new visions for cinematographers: Full-frame image circle, extremely fast, light and compact, and at a reasonable price. The completely newly designed lenses offer the ability to selectively control flare and ghosting to create dramatic effects. This new range of cine lenses features a titanium barrel, a very strong lightweight metal that makes the lenses suitable for mobile cameras such as handheld cameras or use on a drone. These compact, lightweight and extremely powerful lenses offer incredible creative freedom.
Full-frame image circle for professional cameras
With its large image circle of 43.2 mm, the lens serves professional cine cameras such as ARRI Alexa, Sony Venice, RED Helium / Gemini / Dragon, Canon C300 / C700, is suitable for all S35 sensors as well as all full-frame cameras. Of course, the light path delivers crystal clear and crisp image content to the edge.
Compact shape, great performance
The XEEN Meister 50mm T1.3 Sony E is a normal lens with a 50 mm focal length. With its length of 156 mm and a diameter of 127 mm, it fits into almost any rig with ease. Thanks to the use of the light metal titanium, this lens weighs in at only 2.3 kg. The gears for the follow focus and the aperture are mounted in the same place on all XEEN Meister lenses, which greatly simplifies lens changes when shooting. The highly luminescent lettering on both sides makes it easier to work even in dark environments.
Convincing inner qualities
Users of the XEEN Meister 50mm T1.3 Sony E and other lenses of this series will be pleased with the familiar great optical qualities. A resolution of over 8K and a very fast open aperture of T 1.3 are not enough: the specially developed X-Coating ensures the highest image quality. The aperture forms the highlights in the soft bokeh particularly harmoniously round with its 13 blades.
Focus gentle and precisely
The long focus path of 300° allows the focus to be positioned extremely precisely even with the aperture open. The stepless aperture has a path of 92° and is selectable from T 1.3 to T 16.
