Precise fit for Olympus OM-D E-M5
Designed specifically for the Olympus OM-D camera, the system adapts to 100% of your system camera. The camera is simply attached to the cage via a 1/4 inch thread.
Greatest flexibility in use
Thanks to a variety of 1/4 inch threads, any number of accessories such as microphones or LED lights can be attached at leisure. Additional flexibility in use is provided by the adjustable handle supplied, which can be mounted at the top, bottom or side as required. This also makes it possible to shoot low angle near the ground. Of course, you can also mount Aptaris on a tripod. In any case, access to the battery compartment, memory card, etc. remains unrestricted.
Many expansion and combination possibilities
Aptaris is a system. Therefore, you can extend the cage with any number of accessories such as the Aptaris Rod Module (#19742) or the Shoulder Support Module (#19901). The Rod Module offers you plenty of space for attaching additional accessories such as Follow Focus or a matte box. With a diameter of 15mm, the rods correspond to the LWS industry standard, so that the combination with all common accessories is possible. Thanks to the supplied quick-release plate, the rod module can be easily attached to the Aptaris system via a sliding mechanism. With the Aptaris shoulder support module, you can turn the cage into a complete rig in just a few steps - for even more flexibility, especially in mobile use. Of course, you can also expand Aptaris at any time, e.g. with additional flash shoe adapters or a separate L-angle and other equipment.
